The SSG Ryan S. Ostrom Foundation was organized and formed in August of 2007. At that time we decided to file for a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization and was approved on November 26, 2007. We are listed on the PA State Non Profit Site.

Mission

Is in honoring Ryan's memory by continuing to influence the community and the world he lived by teaching through example the way he did.

Purpose

“The foundation shall be a non-profit organized formed to design and maintain a courtyard memorial to honor our Fallen Hero's within the Liberty Community of Tioga County, Pennsylvania. The foundation will foster an appreciation or democracy and encourage patriotism through education and community involvement.”

Project

One of the ways we have committed in doing this is building a Veteran's Courtyard in Downtown Liberty. Designing a fallen hero monument that will be, dedicated to SSG Ryan Ostrom in his memory. In conjunction with designing a WWII Honor Roll of names on the site both in black granite. Outlining the complete walkway with 200 4x8 bricks that will assist in funding this project purchased in memory or in honor of a loved one, family, friends, associates and organization. Ryan enjoyed and excelled in Sports, Hunting, Academics, Military and loved life to the fullest.
